WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THE GENTLEMAN WHO DEALT WITH OUR SALE MICHAEL, WAS VERY HELPFUL HE HAD A LOT OF PATIENCE WITH US AS WE HAD LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT DIFFERENT MATTRESSES AND MEASURING EVERYTHING TO GET THE BED AND FURNITURE EXACTLY RIGHT FOR OUR VERY SMALL BEDROOM , AND WE ARE REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO ENJOYING OUR NEW BEDROOM WHEN WE RECEIVE IT, WE WERE VERY PLEASED INDEED .

The sales assistant,Martin, was very helpful and had very good product knowledge to help me chose the right mattress.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful but not pushy at all which is sometimes offputting. He gave me Lots of information on a variety of products and payment plans so that I could make the best decision. Extremely happy!

There could have been more beds on display. The staff was very friendly and give us time to choose. *****

Only because I couldn’t find a bed frame of my preference. Most of the beds in store were fabric or just not to my preference so I shopped elsewhere for the bed frame.
