We were offered help as soon as we entered the store, the staff were very friendly and eager to help. Once we had find what we were looking for we were able to place the order on the spot and pick a delivery date which best suited us. The delivery staff were very happy and unloaded the product from the van into the house with ease.

Martin who served us was welcoming and friendly and took the time to listen to what we were looking for and our needs. Martin was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and also informed us of other products that we were interested in buying. Martin was not pushy and did not make us feel that we had to buy an additional products and was very approachable when we wanted to ask questions. Martin's colleague was also very friendly. I will definitely shop here again.

Nicola went through all the beds and mattresses with us. We tried lots of different mattresses for comfort and temper/gel pillows. Lots of information and advice was given, clear pricing and the staff were very polite and helpful.
