Ricky was fantastic from the minute I rang. I explained I was having difficulty online as the website was timing out - and he ensured I was still able to purchase my bed at the same price and explained everything in great detail. It’s a shame our encounter was over the phone and his store is in Wales (im in Hartlepool!) as I would have popped in to say thanks personally. He has since rang to confirm my order and again to run through some of my questions too. An absolute asset to the team and can’t wait to receive my order. I hope these comments will be filtered through to his managers as he really did go above and beyond. Thanks Ricky!

Initially I wanted to purchase the bed frame online but unfortunately It didn’t allow me to do so, the payment wasn’t going through no matter what options I was choosing to pay with. It didn’t allow me to create an account on the website either. I called the number provided on the Dreams website, the gentlemen to whom I spoke to was very friendly, accurately and efficiently placed the order for me and really fast. Thank you so much to the gentleman “Ricky” who helped!! I cannot wait to receive the bed frame!

Very helpful great customer service very helpful and kind

Very helpful staff who were knowledgeable. The delivery offered was much quicker than I'd expected so I was pleasantly surprised. I would have liked more choice at the lower end of the price scale but I'm happy with my purchase. Disappointed that there was a 10% discount offered online but not in store- I tried to buy locally to support local business but would go back to online buying next time.

The gentleman Ricky who served me was outstanding, he is a credit to Dreams. He done everything he could to help and was very polite professional and lovely man. Well done Dreams.
