The gentleman - Alan - was very efficient courteous and kind. He remembered us from when we had called to the store some weeks earlier and remembered our preferred choice of bed from then. He was not at all "pushy" which is my pet hate but very helpful guiding us through the options.

We viewed the bed we wanted online, visited the local shop to try the bed to see if we liked it and made the purchase. Michael was very helpful and not at all pushy an overall easy and smooth transaction.

The sales representative Alan was very helpful in ensuring the measurements would fit into the required area. He suggested several options and advice to help with my selection of furniture. His manner was very friendly, professional and approachable. Will highly recommend this store and member of staff to friends and family.

Very satisfied the way the beds were laid out in store it was easy to look around and find what we wanted to purchase, will definitely shop at dreams again.

I was given plenty of time to look around and try the beds without having a sales person hanging over me or pushing me to choose a certain bed or mattress... I had plenty of time to look and try in a relaxed atmosphere with no loud background music or distractions.

the service was efficient the product was well presented and I was able to discuss and ask questions about the products rather than order from the internet

I purchased a tv bed in January and returned to purchase matching bedside cabinets and Andrew in the store in Port Talbot remembered to contact us in Spain about this purchase. Excellent after sales serivce
