We went into the store just to have a look at the mattresses,we were greeted straight away, we were then given very help full advice and selected a mattress of our choice. Excellent service and would recommend Dreams.

The assistant Martin was friendly yet not over familier. He was helpful and knowledgeable and took his time understanding our needs. He focused on us and made us feel important and valued, we were indecisive but he was extremely patient, he listened to us, offered us information so we could make an informed choice. If he hadn't have been so dedicated to us as customers we probably wouldn't have made our purchase that particular day and instead gone home still undecided. He is a credit to your company.

Had time to browse first was then asked if we needed asssistance which we then did .We liked that as we often feel pressured if we cannot look first .Andrew showed us all the types of mattresses we could have and we tried them . We didn't choose an expensive one this time as we needed a Mattress for a single bed that might not be used very often . However we chose a really nice one with the help of Andrew to suit our needs at present.

Andrew was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the product we purchased. Our queries were answered fully and he was quite happy to spend as much time as we required discussing our questions.

michael the sales man explained every thing to our satisfaction with humour and patients.

Viewed similar products online and the quality was poor for the same price as what I paid for my purchase at Dreams.
