I needed a mattress from the sales colleague but I didn't want to purchase anything too expensive as it was for very infrequent use. I was about to leave the store when the colleague mentioned he may have a more suitable product in his clearance section - the product was suitable and fitted the budget I'd set. Excellent customer service & attentiveness
