On first visit spoke to a sales person around what I wanted but coudnt make up my mind on return to the store around two weeks later the sales person remembered which bed I wanted and which mattress

The staff were very friendly & we're very informative, they answered all questions we had about the products & services, were only to happily help us & assist in anyway they could. We did shop around at other stores for a new bed but we found the quality of the products at dreams & the service we were provided with were second to none. Would recommend the port talbot store to anyone.

Fantastic selection of beds. The assistance we received was excellent. Knowledge and understanding was impeccable.

The assistant was really helpful and suggested I try out some mattresses until I found the one I wanted. I chose a headboard that had been reduced in store and he assumed me that he would remove and pack it up as soon as I left the store. He explained how good the extended warranty on the bed would be for me as I was purchasing it for my teenage daughter.

The both staff martin and Andrew were so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and aftercare policies.

The gentleman we spoke to was very helpful and directed us to the sort of mattress we were looking for. he advised that we led down and tested them and found the prices for delivery and insurance very quickly. he was polite but chatty and very friendly.
