Dreams - Port Talbot

I only called in the shop to browse the beds, but was amazed at the quality and price of my chosen bed frame and the knowledge of Michael Dreams Colleague's who assisted me in my choice.

Your colleague's name is Martin who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I objected strongly to paying for the delivery of my purchase and that was dealt with however he was not able to deal with the length of time that it takes for the company to deliver the item, I feel that three weeks is not acceptable as today purchases online can be delivered almost immediately but this is not a reflection on the staff in store.

Pleasant & courteous staff with good knowledge of products. On explaining our requirements we were given a couple of alternative products, all of which were good options.

We were helped very quickly after entering the store and did not feel under any pressure to rush.

Found item we were looking for at what seems a good price (have not taken delivery or fully tried yet). Comfort exchange options provides some piece of mind.

Highly satisfied as sales assistant took time to explain the products and did not put pressure on purchasing product

The general professionalism and expertise of the charming salesman, Michael. His knowledge of the products was outstanding as was his guidance in our choice.

We were dealt with by Michael at your Neath/Port Talbot store and from the moment we walked in we were made very welcome.Michael was the complete 'Professional Salesman' I am retired now (68) and have been in Brewery/Wine Sales for all of my working life so feel more than qualified to judge his performance. In my experience, you can't teach someone the qualities he has,he has just got that 'certain something' and if I was still working I would have welcomed someone such as him to join my sales team. The product knowledge could come later.His product knowledge had been absorbed over time and it was clearly apparent he knew his product. I wish him well,and would have no hesitation in recommending him for progression within your organisation. Alan Davies
