My wife and i found it refreshing to have friendly staff who knew the product and were very helpful ,from tea and coffee to a full demo .

The sales associate took the time to properly discuss our requirements - even offering us a hot drink while we.made our decision he was informative without being pushy and made sure we fully understood our purchasing decision. Altogether a fantastic service. Well done

Sales manager very knowledgeable about diffferent type mattresses and ottoman beds. Very friendly but not pushy like some sales people. Eager to do the best for us.

Service was great and the person serving me was a pleasure to talk with and help me out.

It was 15.45 on a Sunday afternoon and it was a spur of the moment visit on the way to the beach to walk the dog. The welcome and friendliness of the staff was excellent. I dislike being pressurised as soon as I walk into a store so it was a pleasure to be able walk in, be acknowledged and advised that there was help available when/if we needed it and then given time to wander around. When it was clear that my husband and I were completely out of our depth in terms of the different mattresses available, Andrew was immediately available to give us information on what to look for and helped us find one that met our requirements. It was one of the most relaxed and comfortable shopping experiences I have had for many years and it was down to Andrew's approach that enabled him to secure a sale.

The assistant who dealt with us was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to direct us to the items we were looking for.

Michael who served us took us through a wide range of topics, his knowledge was thorough and made the whole experience enjoyable ,which is a miracle to have satisfied my wife in this way.

Alan was extremely knowledgable and friendly. My partner enjoyed a cup of coffee whilst testing the beds. The tempur pod was fantastic!
