Freindly staff and very helpful

We only went in to look, but we were helped to find what we wanted without any pressure from the staff. (This would only have ended with us leaving the store!) So overall, a pleasant experience.

I went with a friend who bought a bed, and I have been looking for a good pillow for some time and found it at the store. The salesman was extremely friendly and professional and even offered me a cup of tea or coffee despite I was only buying a pillow. The experience was very pleasant and without problems.would recommend this store to my friends. In all a very pleasant experience

The guys in there were hilarious. Really friendly and genuinely the best service in a shop i've had in years.

Excellent customer relations-Perhaps even "Good Old Fashioned Service " at the store (Port Talbot ) we visited.Have to say this is not the first time that we have visited this store & it will not be the last as any bed or bed items that we require-Dreams Port Talbot will be the first place we will visit.

Excellent assistance, salesman Martin was knowledgeable giving constructive advice without pushiness. A pleasant and seamless experience resulting in a good choice of mattress for our needs.
