We were welcomed when entering the store by a assistant who explained to me about the different mattresses that would be suitable for me and experienced the machine that would give me a analysis of what would be best for me I am very happy with my choice of purchase .

Ricki, the sales person I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful, friendly, polite and easy to get on with. He quickly organised the sale and delivery schedule with no fuss. He clearly knew his merchandise and how to get things done promptly and should be comlimented.

I was having issues placing my order via the website so I phoned up and got through to the loveliest, warmest man in Wales. He was so friendly, unbelievably helpful, and super knowledgeable. He was able to place my order with ease and made the entire experience a true joy. I’m in the process of moving flat and ordering furniture has been quite stressful but this was not the case with Dreams. The delivery time was really fast compared to other companies. My sofa is coming in less than two weeks however most other places I looked at were quoting 3 months minimum for delivery. The option of paying off in interest free instalments was also very important to me because furniture is a hefty expense to pay off in one go so this makes it far more manageable for those who do now have that type of money put aside. Wonderful service and great product overall.
