Staff were very helpful with range of products you had on display, gave us leaflet that clearly showed the different options. They were not too pushy (would have walked out of the store) but were there to clarify any of our questions.

Shop woker was very friendly and highly efficient did not press us to have the most expensive mattress but explained in detail the quality and difference in each mattress. I have used Dreams for the last two mattress we purchased and would have no hesitation in using your store again.

Martin the salesman, showed us a selection of different priced beds and gave us information and assistance to make a choice of which bed was suitable for our needs and budget.

good range of beds, good price and great customer service. Delivery date within a week, brilliant. well done. Only one problem, cost to take away old bed much too steep.

Matt the assistant was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he had a lot of information about different products and helped us in our choice.

Easy access to store, could not have been more helpful. We like to shop locally when we can, and with the service we got that says it all !! Would recommend to anyone. I hope your product is as good as the service we received when it arrives. Thank you.
