Dreams - Port Talbot

We were guided through the various frames available and were shown and experienced the various Temper mattresses available .

Myself and my partner came in and despite the fact that the staff member was single-crewed and dealing with another couple, he made the time to also assist us. My original intention was to just view today and come back in a fortnight to buy and pick up (I live a mile away from the store), but I was very happy with what was on offer, the service offered and the lack of fuss with having what I wanted without the never-ending push of link purchases (although he did ask if we needed pillows and something else (I forget what), but we had already purchased those) and we ended up buying and taking the mattress immediately.

The mattress I was hoping for had been discontinued, I'd purchased a larger one last year. This one was for my second bedroom. The staff were very thorough in finding out what I'd bought previously and which one was the closest to it. I was offered a few alternatives to try and bought one of them.

My wife and I entered the shop in order to purchase a new mattress. We were helped by the assistant and guided through the large choice available in the store. We were provided with advice on the different makes and choices of mattress but without the 'hard sell'. We finally ended up purchasing a 'Tempur' mattress.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Colour coding helped. Clean store. Not pestererd

Gentleman who served me was very friendly and helpful. Offered me a drink and explained the way to go online to access further purchases.

James our assistant was very friendly, knowledgable, and very polite, he knew what he was talking about, and gave a lot of advice. The shop was quite at the time we were purchasing the items, then towards the end customers started to come in, and James was apologising for keeping them waiting.

Both James & Matt were extremely helpful with their adivce to assist me with my purchase.

The customer service and the knowledge of the assistant explaining the difference between the beds was excellence.
