Dreams - Port Talbot

The moment we walked in help was on hand, Martin had stayed with us for the whole time even when we had to think about what we wanted. He let us lie on every bed an told us about each one and help d us make an informed decision at the end of it. He even got us to try the cloud pillows and then put them in for free for us and also put in a mattress protector which was a fantastic deal we thought.

Just very easy to view and with advice from young man serving us we found it easy to make our choice.

Sean was covering the portalbot store was great . He was frindly welcoming .He listened and questioned me correctly to find out exactly what i was looking for . He offered me a drink and even a nice pillow to try the beds with . Nothing seemed to much trouble . His product knowledge was excellent which made it easier for me to choose a bed and base . I even bought the extended cover off him and i never buy stuff like that . Looking forward to recieving my bed on the 23rd sep and hoping it comfortable. He even said if im not happy i can exchange to for a small cost if im not happy. Id like this saleman to work for me as he really has a great enthusiasum which shines through . Thank you sean for making my choice easier on the day . I enjoyed the experience .

I suffer from medical conditions which I needed a supportive, comfortable night sleep, which I haven't been getting! I explained what I wanted, Martin who I dealt with was very knowledgeable with products and knew exactly what would benefit me. I trialed the beds and Martin explained how each mattress I tried differed from the last. I made my mind up to which one benefitted me which was the Tempur cloud deluxe 27 and also he talked me through the Tempur Pillows which I also purchased two of the same range! Very happy with the customer service, attention to details by Martin to make sure I was completely satisfied before confirming my order! Delivery was promt and arranged for 7 days later! Very excited for my new bed! I know I will sleep well from then on! Thank you!
