We were very happy with the consultant who served us. He was very helpful and polite

We were asked if we needed assistance promptly. We were given clear information about the beds and mattresses and we were able choose the one we wanted after discussion with the assistant. Very pleased with the service we received from this store.

The member off staff, was very helpful & we were made 2 feel really comfortable

Martin the salesperson, gave a very warm welcome when we entered the store, he was not "pushy" as far as sales went, but guided us in explaining the types of mattress on display & stated that should we require any assistance that he would be pleased to help. A great person to have in a store!!

I explained to the assistance what I required and Martin at the Port Talbot store showed me variously priced and different types of mattresses for me to try and pointed out what offers were available. He was very helpful as I was buying a new bed for my teenage daughter and showed me what type of headboard might be suitable also.

found everything i wanted in one shop very impressed with quality of wardrobes and mattress staff very helpfull and friendly shop set out good very impressed would definitely go back especially if i win .

I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the friendliness that was shown to me. at no time was I put under pressure to buy as this would have resulted in me leaving the store. every question I asked was answered in a way that I understood and not in some technical speak that I would probably not have understood. I will definitely be recommending the port Talbot store and the staff in there to my friends and family. well done all
