Dreams - Port Talbot

We were treated with courtesy and respect, we were looking for two beds as my father has recently passed away and we are all very emotional. My mother and my sister were with me and nothing was too much trouble, refreshments were offered and we were treated very well. This was one of our first outings after my fathers passing and we were only looking however the experience we had reassured us and we placed the order for delivery soon. Thank you Dreams

James was a lovely helpful kind man who had lots of patience and understanding as I was buying with a gentleman with special needs and he offered us a cup of tea and made him feel very relaxed that's a main reason why we bought from here as we only went in to have a look . He was very knowledgable on all of the products we asked about.

Friendly staff who waited a nice amount of time- they did not pressure me into buying something that did not suit my needs. Rather, the staff listened to what I wanted and picked suitable products for my price range. The order was taken swiftly with no issues and I was given a delivery date that suited myself. Fantastic service, I walked in and out within a matter of half hour. Fantastic!

This is the second time we have purchased form Dreams at the Baglan Store. The salesperson Martin was very helpful validation code 17. The delivery was spot on in relation to timescales and we were kept up to date by text and phone calls.
