i found the assistant very helpful he knew what i needed and helped me load the bed into my car, he was polite and happy to help me in any way possible highly delighted with my first experience shopping at this store , will recommend to all my friends and family.

Friendly staff, encouraged to try out the mattresses, told about special offers and given a cup of coffee.

Salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful and helped me get the right deal for my budget.

Upon entering the store I was given time to look around, the staff member Martin was very friendly and helpful offering me a cold drink as it was a hot day. Martin explained everything clearly to me and also fetched me a pillow to try the mattress before purchasing. From start to finish the customer service was excellent, and I will not hesitate to purchase from the store again.

Being disabled I entered your store with the help of my dear partner. We were immediately attended to by a most pleasant gentleman who was able to point out that, instead of the need to purchase an actual mattress, it might be just as well to purchase a new base, because I was finding the mattress too high. The solution offered was so obvious that it required the insight of your salesman to point it out to us. The gentleman was very friendly on the phone and gave me a call back once they were available to take the payment to save me calling back. He had very good product knowledge of the bed I was looking for so it made it so much easier.
