The whole experience from the start was quick, easy and I got what I needed. I wasn't being pressured or offered only high end priced items which can sometimes happen. I felt the sales assistant listened to what I needed and came up with solutions that were appropriate to my needs

Sorry this is late as I missed this e-mail for some reason even though I had been looking for it? Anyway Mike I think was my assistant but there was others too, they were all helpful and totally sorted me out and my BACK! Thank you. To be honest I didn't think I could afford anything when I walked in but Mike sorted me a great deal with a little bit of ex display coming to the rescue, he was very good. I will recommend to anyone who listens to me, Can't say fairer then that!

Friendly greeting on arrival. Hand sanitiser at the door. Was buying a mattress for my 10yr old grandson, who accompanied me to the store. He was treated with respect, the assessment explained, an experience which he enjoyed and given plenty of time to try out 3 different mattresses. He was given individual pillow to try out the recommended mattresses. I was also advised that there was a mattress, within the suggested suitable group, in the “clearance” saving me over £500. Excellent customer service by Nickeda. We were both offered a bottle of water. Overall a stress free experience, during these most unsettled times.

My mother and I purchased two beds and mattress from Dreams Port Talbot because my mother had previously purchased a bed there and we have always found the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent choice and very quick delivery. Also they will remove your old bed which is a great help. The staff go out of their way to help without being pushy. They give advice also. Will definitely purchase all my beds from Dreams and also recommend to friends and family.

Greeted by friendly staff on arrival, even tough our visit wasn’t planned. Clear concise advice on which mattress would best suit our needs, aided by an electronic bed. Order completed quickly, delivery due soon

I was greeted as I entered the store and after chatting about what I was after I tried the bed scanner to find out what mattress suits me best. Michael then showed me a few options and I tried them out. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses. I eventually bought a therapur gel mattress. I was very pleased with the service and am really looking forward to receiving my new mattress at a date I chose.
