After having a little look around your store, I did get a little confused when looking at the matresses, as I wasnt sure what would be best for my little boy. I was looking for a bed and matress. I chose the bed then I needed to decide what would be the best matress for my 6 year old. After a few minutes I was greeted by a really nice sales man who asked me a few questions then showed me some matresses options that he felt would be best and in my budget. I must say he was very helpful and friendly. After I had chosen my bed and matress I asked then for him to help with some bedding options. I purchased some pillows a Dreams duvet and matress protector that were of such good quality far better than the big brand names that were more familier to me. I would deffinatly recommend the Dreams brand products to anyone as feel they were great value and quality. Well done Dreams for great service one very happy customer A*

The person who saw to us and ordered the goods was very polite and knew everything that we asked him. The product we ordered was damaged on arrival and that's when our problems started at the call centre.
