The department was quiet at the time so the colleague was able to give us his time to find what we were looking for. If however the dept was busier, then we would have been kept waiting as there was only the one person available

On entering the sore we were greeted by a very helpful assistant, he listened to what we required and to the amount of money we intended to spend, we were offered refreshments at this point, he explained about each mattress we were shown giving full details about it, we were with his help able to make the right choice. We were offered if we were interested, a mattress cover and special offers on bedding, which we didn't take up as we didn't need any. The completion of the order was very quick, and we were explained all the wording on the receipt before we left. We can highly recommend Dreams for a perfect service.

I was given an opportunity to look around without being 'pounced on' but there was assistance available as soon as I looked around for it. The store assistant, Martin was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was offered a cup of tea/coffee while the paperwork was being completed. The finance options were explained clearly. I was glad to have the option to have the bed assembled, though I did find the charge for taking the old bed/matress away excessive at £56, so I didn't choose that. Overall, I'm very pleased, I have already recommended the Baglan Store to my Father.

James was exceptionally helpful and engaging. I observed him dealing with an incoming phone query from a customer which he dealt with in an effective and professional manner.
