First impression was a well laid out and clean store. Immediately welcomed by James who kindly offered tea or coffee, then gave us free time to look at some of the products.

Quick efficient service from friendly staff who didn’t make you feel pushed into a sale. Left to browse at our own leisure but we’re on hand when help was needed.

Wasn't pounced upon was able to look with no pressure of sales people and was more than willing to help when asked

Given plenty of information regarding products. Given plenty of time to decide amongst ourselves. Purchased clearance items so very good value for money. Both staff member were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly

Store was clean and tidy.staff very friendly and helpful.after placing my order and arranging a delivery date I realised that it could not be delivered on the day I had requested so phoned store who arranged a more suitable date.no problem.so have nothing but praise for the Port Talbot store. Had seen a cheaper version online but would much prefers to see the item as a lot of the time they seem to look better online than when they arrive. So a very happy customer
