I successfully bought a mattress the firmness that I wanted at a higher price than I had in mind, but I did have some extra discount taken off the sale price and the staff working were very friendly and helpful when I was trying to find the right mattress. Also the process of using the 0% finance option was quick and easy and enabled me to make the purchase as I wasn't expecting, and hadn't budgeted for, the higher price mattress.

We were highly satisfied for a number of reasons 1 - The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable, they were also very understanding of both my and my husbands needs and requirements. They also offered us refreshments. 2 - A Nice Atmosphere in the shop, which was made by the staff who were very welcoming, friendly, they were also very patient with us as we have certain disability needs. We also did not have to wait to be served. 3 - The layout of the shop. We could clearly see what the bed would look like, we had enough space to try it, to lift base up. The shop was very clean and very tidy. Well kept shop. 4 - The Shop was easily accessible for both myself and my husband, there was plenty of space for us to get around and not bump in to things.

Martin was welcoming and very patient. He was made aware of my back pain due to recent injury and was very efficient in describing the attributes of all the matresses I was shown. He allowed me all the time I required to make my selection from the many products on offer. His polite manner and attention to customer needs is a credit to your company and I will not hesitate in going back to his store as and when required in the future.
