We called in to look for a specific mattress we had researched on the Internet. The assistant, Michael, who was very friendly and helpful, knew exactly where the mattress was in the store for us to try and was able to give us a lot of background information about the mattress. The mattress and the divan it was on were for sale as a display item and we bought them both. We are very pleased with the whole experience of visiting the store and are very grateful to Michael for his help.

It was all we expected. All the advice we required for our purchase was given in a friendly, clear way.The completion of the sale was easy and the arrangements for delivery suited us very well. The delivery occurred on the day and at the time arranged with the delivery men completing their task efficiently without any problems.

Nickeda who was our assistant was most helpful in first letting us browse as we asked. When she then offered to help with any questions we may have she was extremely polite and was able to answer and guide us to different products encouraging us to try the various mattresses and take our time to decide what was best for our needs. We didn't know until the purchase was completed that she was new to the job. You have a gem there and also the manager spoke to us before we left and he too was very polite when we thanked him for the excellent customer service. We weren't pushed into buying sheets and protectors but they pointed out what was available giving us time to go home to assess what we needed in sheets etc. We will definitely return.
