Excellent costumer service the chappy I spoke to was very helpful in finding the right bed that suited me.

Customer service was totally amazing from the moment I stepped in store, I thought “here we go” there gonna pounce on us like most places do, but we was left alone to walk the store as we please, the option was there if we needed any guidance or assistance. We was even offered a hot drink during our visit. The room tho with the massage beds topped it off for me, I felt so relaxed after with a clear mind, I think that done it for me, it was like I was hipnotised into buying a bed soooo relaxing, Ricky the store assistant played his cards good and proper (good sales tactic)hahaha We even had 2 free pillows thrown in that we wasn’t expecting.. It’s the 1st time I’ve used dream beds, the experience was great I wish all shops and customer service was a good as this... I will deffo recommend and 100% use dreams bed in the future.. Many thanks Just waiting on our the delivery I hope we get many nights of good restless sleeps.

Excellent service from Ricky. As we were buying a Tempur mattress we made a considerable financial outlay and wanted to make sure we were getting the right mattress for us. We were unsure which one to go for out of three and returned to the store several times over the weekend to try each of them and make sure we were making the right decision. On each occasion Ricky was extremely helpful. He gave sound advice without being pushy and was happy to assist us on each occasion. We're looking forward to receiving our order!
