Staff were friendly, offering us a bottle of water, as it was a hot day. Staff adhered to covid rules, keeping to social distance rules and wore a mask at all times. The service from beginning to end was excellent.

All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide range of products in the store to test and choose from. The store itself was very clean and tidy. Overall a very safe and pleasant visit.

I suffer with back pain and we needed a more comfortable mattress, staff were helpful and friendly also very knowledgeable to my needs and mattresses. We were encouraged to try the mattresses to the point where Ricky and Mike were following us with pillows. Excellent service
