Martin that served me was first class from the first moment I walked in the store , I am disabled and required usage of a lift . He offered me a cup of tea. I required a certain bed for my condition so he showed me the beds that would be best suitable for me . Excellent service throughout my visit.

The getleman who served me was very helpful. Any questions or queries I had he was able to answer. The free delivery is an excellent idea too!

I went into Dreams looking for a new mattress. I purchased my old one at Dreams and knew they do good quality mattresses. I wasn’t disappointed they had a great sale and I found a lovely mattress which is being delivered next week I am excited. Lovely man in the shop called Ricky was very helpful at the Port Talbot store.

The assistant (Ricky) was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

The gentleman who was working was very helpful, I explained what I was looking for and my price range and he helped me find the best mattress in my range.

We went into Dreams looking for a bed frame and two mattresses, hopefully in the sale as money was a bit tight. Mike was really helpful and friendly, quickly assessed our needs and showed us two mattresses that were perfect. The bed frame we picked out online wasn’t in stock in the size we were looking for, but Mike showed us upstairs and we found one that was very similar, and cheaper! Very happy with the visit, we actually left work early because we were worried it would take a while, but it was super quick and we have been left super happy!

Excellent service from Ricky at Port Talbot. We hadn't expected to find what we were looking for but Ricky showed us a range of mattresses in our price range, we could try them all and we found the perfect one at a fantastic sale price to take home straight away. It was even packed away for us and we were helped to the car with it. No need now for a trip to Cardiff!
