Ricky, who assisted us was very helpful without being overwhelming and seemed to be very knowledgeable on each product. The layout of the store was straightforward and everything looked clean and in good order. Buying the products was quick and easy and we were given a choice of delivery dates to suit us. All in all a good experience which will encourage us to use Dreams next time.

The assistant David was extremely knowledgable, helpful, experienced and friendly. He explained the difference in the products available for sale and also the aftercare service available including the optional insurance etc. The only reason I marked one question as satisfactory instead of Highly Satisfactory is due to the assistant being on his own. We had to wait as he was dealing with a sale to another customer. He was very apologetic at us having to wait. This was definitely not his fault.

Nickeda listened to what my needs were and offered several beds to try until I was satisfied with how comfortable the mattress felt to lie on.

We were attended by Martin who gave us a tour of the store and explained the differences between different models and mattresses we found him to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Initially visited dreams in Port Talbot to have a look - needed a double bed for 8 year old. Left purchasing the double bed and x2 mattresses. The salesman was very friendly, easy to talk to, helpful and talked us through many options/ products available! Quite a relaxed experience- Having our 4 year old we usually don’t intend staying in stores very long as he is very lively but the store felt child friendly and we were made welcome with young children! I would highly recommend visiting the Port Talbot Store!!! Diolch!
