Very welcoming. Helpful, friendly staff who listened to what we needed and helped us find a suitable mattress and although it was not available in store made sure we were able to get it delivered in time for a certain date.

Assistants were very friendly and efficient. They answered all our queries and didn't rush us at all. We were helped with our purchase by Ricky. The bed was purchased for my son who is disabled and he had time to explain things to him. He was very good at his job.

I am highly satisfied with the memory foam single mattress I purchased however. It was more expensive than other offers available elsewhere. I am a resident in the area and would prefer to support local businesss. It would have been more of a pleasure if the price could have been more competitive to other outlets.
