The sales team were very helpful,they greeted me when i walked in and asked me if i needed any help,after explaining what i needed i was taken around the store and shown everything within my budget,the sales team also told me about each product,there was'nt any pushy sales,just friendly helpful staff.

We arrived at the store with a product in mind, having previously purchased from Dreams, and we enquired about a mattress to replace one we had at home and were taken to the ex display action where we had a great deal on a high spec mattress, Staff were helpful and attentive

Mike in port talbot store was extremely helpful, he remembered myself and the exact details of the order I made 9 months earlier and went out of his Way to ensure I had exactly what I needed, he also give me lots of alternative options to ensure he covered everything available. extremely happy with my experience, thank you

I had an idea of what I wanted but was greeted by nickeda who was extremely helpful in making my decision(even making me a coffee to decide over)..I was not rushed into making an on the spot decision.
