Martin and his colleague was so welcoming as soon as we went it. Instantly asked if we wanted refreshments whilst looking. Very knowledgeable about the products. Very clean bright store, well layed out. The used of the machine that helps decide a mattress was a good idea

Staff were very helpful. Mike was experienced in the different types of beds available. This was important to me as I wanted a mattress that suited my personal requirements.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife suffers from Alzheimer's disease and the patience and care shown by the staff was fantastic. Everything was explained by Mike & Ricky in a way that left us with no questions and completely confident that our needs have been met. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Ricky was just fab, I used the mattress machine (please excuse my ignorance of its name) and he showed me my matches each in turn, explaining the differences and showing price differences as well.

We were shown around by Ricky who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the range of products on sale. The sheer amount of beds in the store meant that it was nice to have someone at hand to guide us through the ranges without being pushy. An all round pleasant shopping trip.
