The assistant was so friendly and helpful and had excellent knowledge of the beds in store. Covid safety was obvious to the customer. Offered a drink due to the humid weather. Delivery time excellent.

Couldn’t fault it, had a moment or two to have a look around before being approached by Nickeda, who went over and above her duties, Not pushy but extremely helpful in every way. The store itself is spotless and has a nice positive feeling as soon as you walk through the door

Mike was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond to understand our needs and guide us through the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Oftentimes salespeople can be very pushy and overbearing but Mike didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured into a purchase, he provided us with the right information and recommendations and gave us time and space to make our decision, offering his support when we needed it. We were really impressed with the overall experience, Mike definitely made it a memorable and positive one - thanks Mike!

I would just like to thank Ellie from the Neath Port Talbot store for helping to find the perfect mattress for my son. He really liked using the sleep machine to ensure he was getting what was needed.

Both the colleagues were friendly and knowledgeable. We felt extremely well looked after at every point.

The lady who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I went to the store to use the new sleep machine as I find I difficult to find the right mattress due to health issues. The first one I tried that was suggested by the machine was perfect for me and I ordered it straight away. When it’s time for a new mattress again I will definitely be coming back to dreams.
