We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we stepped foot inside the store. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was our first time shopping for a mattress so we didn't know where to begin. He tried us out on the sleepmatch and then took us around to test all the recommended mattresses while also supplying us with a pillow of our choice. There was no pressure to purchase one of the recommend mattresses, but we actually did end up purchasing one as it felt perfect. I couldn't recommend Dreams enough.

Martin was very pleasant and helpful when we arrived at the store , did not put us under any pressure and actually left us alone to try out the mattress of our choice as the digital bed was not working so we just tried as many beds as we wanted until we were satisfied

Looked at products online, able to view product in store, sales rep gave space to browse but judged when to offer help appropriately. Then very helpful with final choice and additional purchases. Very helpful with delivery options
