Assistant was very helpful - I had been into the store previously to sort out something and he was fully briefed from that occasion. I was dealt with efficiently and promptly.

Martin explained everything in detail and made sure we had the correct mattress for our needs. first class service.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Helped my grandmother find a suitable bed very quickly, and were able to help us with any queries we had.

I went in to purchase a single mattress for occasional use I got exactly what I wanted with free delivery. The computer system was down when I went into the shop but the assistant was very helpful, took my details and contacted me promptly. My mattress has not been delivered yet so I am unable to comment on the quality and my satisfaction.

Quick and friendly service, options given, no pushy sales and I was left to look and spend time with options and then make a choice. Nice clean store.

Approched by Nickeda on entering the shop and at her recommendation tried the computer test bed. Tried the available mattresses and she gave us pros and cons of each. Great friendly service.
