Dreams - Port Talbot

The gentleman who served us was absolutely lovely, and his colleague came over to advise as well, not at all pushy, completely professional and we will be coming back. We already bought a bed from Dreams, and pillows previously and have been happy with the service every time.

From the time we walked into the shop we were made at ease with no pressure which makes us feel comfortable.We had a very good look around the shop with plenty of assistance from the highly qualified staff.We were thrilled with the attention we had with each bed we looked at so for us it was a perfect day for shopping second to none.Linda and Barry Price

The lady who assisted me was very helpful, and really tired her best to get me the perfect mattress for me, she was very kind, polite and assertive she knew exactly what she was doing, and made me feel very welcome and offered me cups of tea/coffee, the product itself goes with out saying, it is absolutely amazing after all it is dreams

Mike that looked after us was very friendly, knew what products suited our needs, gave us time to think about our purchase with no hard sell. Going through the buying process was really quick and easy very happy

Upon entering the store we were greeted right away, and was asked a few questions in order for your colleague to help us. We then went on the machine to test what mattress would be right for us then shown round all our options for frames and mattresses. Ricky the colleague showing us around was really friendly and helped us through the entire process even tho it was past the closing time he stayed to make sure we had everything me needed for our purchase. Will be recommending this store to others.

The assistant was not pushy but helpful, well informed, polite and pleasant.
