Ricky in the port talbot store came straigt over to us the moment he realised we wanted assistance. He was very professional and informative. I didn't actually intend on purchasing a matress then, we were just looking but he made the whole process so easy and found us the perfect matress. He wasn't pushy at all and left us to talk things over.

We were very satisfied with the experience we received at the Port Talbot store on both our visits on the 26th & 30th of January. On the first visit we met with Ricky who was very helpful and gave advise on the various types of beds, he also gave us the sleep mattress test which helped us decide on two types of Bed we preferred that met our requirements. On Thursday 30th We returned to the store to place an order for 2 mattresses this time we met with Nickeda who completed orders for the 2 mattresses and delivery instructions and collection of our old mattresses at 2 different locations. The welcome on both visits given to us by Ricky & Nickeda were very friendly and helpful.

W first visited the Port Talbot Dreams store on Saturday where we discussed our needs with Ricky who then gave us the Bed test to try and match our requirements. He then gave us the results and showed us the beds that met the recommendation on test graph. We narrowed our choices down to two beds and left the store to think it over, We revisited the store on Thursday 31st where we placed an order for 2 Johnstone Mattresses with Ricky and Nickeda who arranged the paperwork and delivery requirements totally satisfied with the service given on both visits.

Never bought from Dreams before always thought they would be to expensive and that I would be badgered into buying something I didn’t need but happily that was not the case the young man couldn’t have been more helpful really listened to what I wanted as for price excellent will definitely recommend to others,thank you.

The lady that served me (Nickeda) was extremely helpful and chatty, she instantly made me feel welcome. Nickeda was able to answer all my questions, she was also very informative about my purchase. Delivery dates were within a reasonable time and payment was quick. Fantastic customer service and an all round great shopping experience.

The staff at the port Talbot branch are very welcoming and helpful. You don't feel pressured into buying or rushed into choosing a product allowed to browse without being harassed.

Nicki of the port talbot store was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. her colleague was also engaging and both were a credit to the company.

the staff were very knowledgeable we had a fair idea as to what we wanted as we were replacing another tempur mattress. the whole process from start to finish took only about 15 minutes. the delivery was only six days which included the weekend also I purchased the mattress on interest free credit for me a great deal. That is the reasons why I gave Dreams a highly satisfied rating.
