The store assistant Michael was excellent. Very knowledgeable, accomodating and helpful. Although the store did not have the mattress that I'd earmarked to try in-store, Michael found me an alternative to try that I was satisfied with and purchased. He recommended a pillow for my shoulder problems and I must say he was right it's been a pleasure to sleep on. I'm very looking forward to my new bed and mattress

Only thing a bit disappointing was delivery time till end of July but really understand the predicament of coved 19 thanks
