Staff were friendly, helpful and did not pressure me at all to buy. I was not followed around the shop, instead was left to browse and was offered to just let them know if I needed any help.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent social distancing measure in place and adhered to which made me feel very comfortable. I was able to try the mattresses to still get the best one for me
