Dreams - Port Talbot

this is the first time I had been into the store at9 Port Talbot and I was greeted by a young lady called Sue, I explained that I wanted a single bed and she showed me a machine where it tested what sort of bed would suit me. She then showed me some single beds and I said I would have a think about buying one and would get back to her. I rang her later to confirm which bed I would buy. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products and made the whole experience good0

Excellent service. The uncertainty of what bed to buy was taken away because it was worked out exactly what type of bed I needed. I was taken through a variety of beds first before trying the bed chosen for me, so by then I was certain it was the right one for me. The sales assistant, Nickeda, was very professional and obviously knew what she was talking about.

Nickeda assisted us from the moment we entered the store in Port Talbot. She offered advice and shared her expertise. In fact we bought the absolute opposite to what we thought we wanted. From start to finish the experience was excellent.

The lady who severed us was very helpful and we were very satisfied

Sue was amazing throughout the visit. Nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend her to friends and family.

Susan was extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. Took time too explain in simple terms the prices and my options.

Sue the assistant was thorough,very pleasant & amenable understanding our needs. We were allowed to peruse without pressure but there quickly to answer questions.
