Our assistant Ricky was very helpful and pleasant. He offered us a drink, he gave us pillows in order to try the beds, and he did the sleepmatch process for us. We couldn't fault him.

the staff at the store and also the delivery team were outstanding. Everything was on time and as promised. The advice we were given was really helpful and Nickeda was very knowledgeable and professional. we were greeted in a very friendly manner and offered a drink. We were given a pillow and shown to the sleepmatch system. This ensured the perfect mattress.
