Welcomed into the store but left alone to browse. Michael, the sales guy then told us about the sleep match bed, which we tried then guided us to the recommended mattresses. He was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. There was no hard sell or sales patter and gave us time to consider each mattress. Very pleasant experience. We were offered bottled water on several occasions and never felt pressured to make a decision.

Staff were attentive to our needs, understood our requests. Cheerful and helpful, invited to use the bed tester...and helpful with what to expect. We are older customers and never been to Dreams before. So a really excellent first ever visit.

Can't fault the service and cheerful staff the sales person Ricky could not be more helpful a credit to your team and training

Our assistant Ricky was very helpful and pleasant. He offered us a drink, he gave us pillows in order to try the beds, and he did the sleepmatch process for us. We couldn't fault him.
