I was seen very quickly, and found exactly what I was looking for at a bargain price, with delivery within 4 days. I also received 4 good quality pillows for free, entirely unexpectedly. Moreover, the staff member was very friendly and helpful.

Sue, the saleswoman was very welcoming, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. As a result of my first experience I will definitely visit this store again when I need a bedroom item. Also I would readily recommend this store to others.

Friendly welcome from sue in port talbot. She was very knowledgeable about the products that I was looking for. From the moment we stepped in to stepping out of the shop she was professional and efficient.

I thought the lady who dealt with me was very knowledgable and helpful. And I was very pleased with the new bed and mattress that I will have in the next coming weeks. The price was also very good and I have shopped there before a bed and I wouldn’t definitely shop there again for a bed. Great service! Very happy with the quality of my bed bed that I have ordered.

I was ordering in very unusual circumstances and the team member was very helpful and was sympathetic and understanding of the needs. Delivery within 5 days would normally have been fine, although I did not request bringing it forward. The only reason I won't use the specific store again is that I do not live in the area and the person who does is no longer in a position to order. Overall I was highly satisfied with my shopping experience!
