The young lady who served us was very good, pleasant. She also left us along to discuss which product we were going to purchase. Not badgering us, or standing over us.

Initially I contacted the head office and received exceptional advice and the opportunity of a delivery within the week along with a management discount. However, I wanted to see the product in store. I was transferred to my local branch where I spoke with a manner of staff and arranged to visit later that day. I called into the store, had a brief consultation with the staff member who described the bed in full along with a brief demonstration of the electrical adjustments . I was so impressed with the salesman I visited the store the following day, met with the store manager and purchased the bed.
