Staff were excellent friendly and had excellent knowledge of products in store.didnt rush us into making a decision overall a nice shopping experience.

When we entered Dreams, we felt safe as the social distancing measures were in place. The staff were lovely- they let us wander around by ourselves which we were grateful for but a staff member called Mark told us any questions to call h over. Once we picked our bed the lady who served us was kind, attentive and helpful. The process was detailed but quick and we were very happy coming out of there knowing we bought a lovely bed from our local store. Thank you to all the staff at Merthyr Dreams

during my visit with 2 family members on the afternoon of saturday November 14th 2020, the sales member Ms Nickeda, approached us very politly with a pleasant smile,and asked if she could be of any assistace,and my daughter replied that her dad required a comfortable Matress and Bed frame etc, and we were dealt with in a very satisfactory manner throughout our visit, regards Harvey Sanders
