Nickeda sorted out my needs most efficiently from the experience of the computer bed to explaining the mattress that would suit me most, then giving me other options. But she was right - the first mattress was the right one for my particular needs. I have problems with lower back pain and she knew exactly what I required. It was a highly efficient process from beginning to end.

Me and my husband went to port Talbot store the assistant was Ricky he was very friendly, my husband has a bad back so he tried out the trial mattress which told him what mattress to get,which was excellent.we would definitely use dreams again

Michael is a star! I knew what I wanted a tv bed but wasn’t sure of spec for both bed and tv, he was honest, knowledgeable and given I walked in 10 minutes before closing time he gave me full attention and was happy to stay on. This guy deserves credit genuinely nice, happy, honest and mindful of my budget and needs. Well done.

I visited the baglan store intent on purchasing a mattress to help with my back, i have previously had a spinal injury and have started to struggle with my back pain. I was invited to try the sleep machine to match me with a mattress and then try prospective mattresses. I did not end up purchasing a mattress on this visit as I wanted to do abit of research before committing to buy. a few days later I revisited the same store hoping that the previous store colleague would be there as he was so cheerful and helpful. I was also not sure whether I would even be able to try mattresses in store during the pandemic but was impressed with how clean the store was, how social distancing was maintained and how reassuring the store colleague was. on my second visit, I was given great advice, it was made clear my options for exchanging my mattress if I found it to be no good for my back and overall the purchasing part was very quick and smooth
