Had a lovely experience buying my bed at Dreams. All members of staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

The sales girl was very helpful in finding what we wanted and even up sold expensive pillow much to my mothers delight that she found what she wanted.

Excellent service by Nickeda who really looked after us and found the right bed for us.

Nikkeda at port Talbot branch shop was extremely helpful, the customer service she provided was second to none. She was highly knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble or a rushed experience. We were advised to try out the sleep match to guarantee comfort, we were offered pillows to try with different mattress’s. The beds of our choice were explained in depth how the ottoman operates for example, We really felt like we came away with the best bed and mattress to suit our needs. We were offered bottled water which was a lovely gesture not many shops offer this service. We are over the moon with our bed and mattress and cannot recommend dreams enough, especially Nikkeda- she has personally contacted me since to keep me updated on the delivery of my purchase also

We were highly satisfied, Sue the Assistant answered all the questions we asked, give us the opportunity to go on the mattress testing machine, which give us the right type of mattress to suit our needs. Then Sue showed us the results and guided us to the right mattresses. Sue was very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. When we came to place the order, she offered us a bottle of water. Then when everything was completer, Sue explained everything from our order, coverage, gift and delivery. We were able to understand her as she done it slowly, and thoroughly.. Let’s hope the delivery goes well. Thank You.😊
