My partner and I came in with a rough idea of what we wanted. We were greeted by Carolina who really looked after us extremely well. She didn’t rush us and knew so much about all the products we were able to take our time and make the right decision. Honestly really made the whole experience so much nicer knowing that we were with someone who cared about our individual needs. This is our first time making a very large purchase in person and it’s definitely changed my mind in regards to shopping online and going into a shop. I’m usually all for convenience, but it was a pleasurable experience. Really pleased with our purchase and definitely will be recommending dreams to our friends and family

Validation code 168. The sales person (Filipe) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient and did not overly push the products, merely demonstrated and discussed the pros and cons of each one throughout the time we were in the store. A very good job.

Rima, the one who assisted us was very awesome. She really explained it well and feels like you’re in your home offering you some coffee and tea and very approachable as well. The product is wonderful.
