We arrived at dreams an was welcomed right away and asked if we needed any assistance, We were greeted by The Lovely Tam he was so polite and listened to what we wanted and needed he was also really good with my child he helped us find our perfect mattress in no time, he was never pushy and only gave me his opinion if I asked for it this was such a smooth visit and I will always recommend To all of my friends and family to ask for Tam we will be back after this visit :)

The lady who helped us (Carolina) was amazing she really took the time to get to know us and identify our needs whilst also bearing in mind our budget. She wasn’t too pushy just very very helpful. We cannot wait for our new bed to arrive!

Shortly after arriving, we were asked if we needed assistance by Tam. With no pressure, he took time to listen to us and our needs - he spoke about pros and cons of items we were looking at and discussed everything in enough detail without going too complex or too simple! Because of his knowledge we were able to find something that is perfect for us that we didn't anticipate buying before we went in! Really happy with the whole process plus, I got a cup of tea which is always a nice touch!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, we were offered drinks and any questions we had were answered. Anything we wanted to look at was shown to us

We were greeted by three members of staff at the Southampton showroom and Tam came over straight away to help us. He was most polite, friendly and extremely helpful with excellent product knowledge. He gave us constructive assistance and at no time was there any pressure to purchase which made the whole experience a pleasure. All of the other staff were polite and friendly but for us Tam shone through!

Very friendly and helpful staff (Carolina) from start to finish. Given clear explanations on mattress comfort to my wife and I. Given plenty of unhurried time to try out various mattresses and pillows. No sales pressure to buy anything. Given a lovely coffee as well!

Went to our local store in Southampton having seen the Hugo bed we liked online. We spoke to a Fantastic guy called Tam, who listened to what we wanted & showed us several options in our price range. His knowledge of the products available was brilliant & he advised us on a better quality mattress & guided us to the perfect solution. He even made us a Tea & Coffee! The payment process was very quick & smooth & we liked the option of getting our old mattresses recycled & gladly paid a small extra charge along with a Saturday delivery slot. You dont purchase a bed/ mattress every day so its reassuring to know Tam is on hand to help us choose the right product for us, even if he plays golf & supports Pompey( ha ha GREAT GUY).

Knowledge & expertise of Rima, she was extremely considerate dealing with my 88 year old disabled Mother and nothing was too much trouble. Rima is an asset to Dreams.
