Tam was very helpful. We were looked after and given coffee. He helped us choose out the correct mattress.

Staff very helpful and listened to what we wanted in addition to telling us about bed machine which we tried and matched what we also though would be best for us. Welcomed as we walked through door but not pressurised. We bought on of the beds recommended to us by staff and the machine. Pleased as should be delivered within a few days.

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we entered the store and the Dreams Colleague - Tam - was very friendly, had excellent knowledge of the products, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. We were happy with how easy it was to decide on a suitable bed (usually we take forever to make decisions) and this was thanks to Tam.

Philipe was very helpful and understood what I was looking for from base to mattress and headboard, good knowledge and patient while I retried the mattresses a few times, manners and turnout a credit to dreams and I would go back again
