We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. A young man then directed us to the product we wished to buy and explained our options. The store was clean and laid out to make ease of movement.When we decided to purchase we were guided to a desk with seats and offered a drink. The order was quickly placed and delivery explained with time scale. A very pleasant experience.

The two members of staff (Filipe & Tam) I had interaction with were happy to help me, had good product knowledge and were professional.

We were absolutely satisfied with the sellers and costumer service. They were very kind and helpful. Excellent service.

From the moment Carolina introduced herself she was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She pointed us in the right direction, gave use multiple options and answered all our questions. She helped us select the ideal bed for us and our budget. Can't really ask for more!

Excellent service - warm welcome and then clear support with all we were doing. Rima took the time to get to know us enough to balance sales technique with realism. The bed range was excellent, although we wanted a tv bed and the range there is perhaps a bit weaker.

Lovely lady called Carolina. Went in on Saturday and helped us, we just needed to confirm the measurement of the bed at home, we said we would be back. She said she’s not in Sunday she be back Monday and Tuesday. So we come on Monday and places our order with her. Helped us choose our mattress and was very patient and we decided to try out ever mattress in the shop!

Lots of mattresses to try, enjoyed doing the mattress test thing at the beginning, really helpful assistant who had lots of info and made good recommendations without being too pushy.

Tam and Rima (who dealt with us) were fantastic, they took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for. They gave us enough space so we didn't feel smothered or pressured but were always nearby if we had questions. They allowed us to take our time choosing our mattress as they understood how important an investment the purchase is. Whilst we were placing the order we were offered a cup of tea which was a wonderful touch on such a cold, wet day. Both members of staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and clearly took pride in their jobs which instilled confidence.
