We were looked after by a very friendly chap called Tam. He was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. He was also very personable and professional. We had a good idea of what we wanted but Tam was of great help. Decision made very jockey and the purchasing / ordering process was quick and easy. I would come to this store and recommend it.

Knowledgeable staff

Carolina was friendly and attentive even though she was dealing with a few customers at the same time on her own. Her knowledge of products was excellent. She was extremely helpful when we were making a decision on a mattress. I would certainly want her to deal with my future purchases.

We have visited Dreams on 22/11/19 and we had a really excellent service from Carolina considering she was working on her own. Very knowledgeable with the products. Accommodating and assisted us all through out to choose what we want and like that suit our budget too. Carolina explained every detailed to us including warranties. Serve us with a smile all the way.

Carolina was very understanding of our needs and put us at ease whilst in the store giving us time to try the beds and not over crowding us and listened to what our budget was.

Rajesh gave the exact amount of help we required. We asked for sofa beds, he took us up to them, talked us through their various qualities and how they worked and stood back while we tried them out, answering any questions fully but without intruding. He then went off to check deliver times for the sofa bed we chose and was not put out when he came back and we said we might have changed our minds as we were then trying out one we had rejected earlier. We actually decided one the first one anyway and the ordering process was very simple. Rajesh summarised all the way ensuring we had fully understood. He made the process so simple. We actually had not expected to find such a good quality item in our price range so went away delighted. We were pleased with the delivery options and look forward to receiving it. Rajesh is a great asset to the company, quietly charming, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Caroline the Assistant who dealt with my order of helping me choose the correct Mattress for My health and disabilities needs, due to insurance replacement. Then also finding me a suitable Bed Base and Headboard @ a very affordable priceI could afford to place my expensive new mattress upon. Carolina was most professional, Compassionate and Understanding to my needs and welcomed both my Carer and Disability Support Dog In the shop.
